It is also noted that there is no engineering and technical base left in the Russian Federation for the construction of new such aircraft.
The journalists calculated that "at the expense of Ukrainian sabotage and attacks" more than ten Russian planes and helicopters have already been destroyed or damaged at air bases in Ryazan, Engels, Novosibirsk, Pskov regions, Belarus and occupied Crimea.
