Today, the strength of Ukraine is manifested not only through the Armed Forces, state institutions and thought leaders, but also through women who support the country every day with their talent, wisdom and resilience. National rating «Ukraine in their faces» reflects the modern archetype of a Ukrainian woman: strong, caring, unwavering, and at the same time one who leads the country forward through personal achievements and social activism.
Rating purpose
The initiative was created to demonstrate how women influence the life of society, preserve and develop the country through professionalism, civic position and personal contribution to social and humanitarian activities. The rating presents both public figures and local heroines, united by an internal core and a desire to support life in Ukraine.
Methodology
The selection was carried out by experts of the national rating platform "Elite of Ukraine" and the rating agency "EliteExpert" according to key criteria:
- Impact and contribution to the preservation of the country
- Expertise and professionalism
- Active civic position
- Social and humanitarian activities
- Leadership qualities, resilience and inner core
"The rating is not just a list of famous women. It is a reflection of Ukraine in all its diversity: through politics, culture, sports, medicine, literature, volunteering, and everyday resilience," — experts note.
TOP-10 women who shape the image of modern Ukraine:
Olena Zelenska (Policy) — First Lady of Ukraine. A symbol of humanitarian diplomacy, promotes educational, cultural and social initiatives, and influences the international community.
