The US Department of Finance and Commerce should report to Congress on the level of implementation and compliance with already approved sanctions against Russia, the congressmen said. The US and all NATO members should adopt a policy of comprehensive sanctions against Russia to include all oil, grain and rare earth minerals.
The congressmen want to hear whether the goals of the mission regarding Crimea are agreed between the United States and Ukraine, and whether the United States considers Ukraine's desire to return Crimea realistic.
