The Administrative Court of Cassation upheld the decision of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal regarding the termination of the state funding of the "Golos" party. They refused the political force to cancel the order of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, by which funding was stopped. The court made such a decision on October 11, it reports HONEST movement.
One of the arguments of the "Voice" during the meeting was that the party did not commit a repeated violation in the interpretation of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
The representatives of NAZK noted that the concept of repetition is defined in the law "On political parties".
In the end, the Cassation Administrative Court left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged. Such a decision is final and cannot be appealed.
It will be recalled that on one day, June 25, the National Agricultural Research Service "Golosu" first stopped state funding, and later stopped it. The reason is unreliable data in the party's financial reports for the III and IV quarters of 2020 regarding the party's expenses. The amount of unreliability is almost 5 million hryvnias.
State funding of "Voice" has already been stopped in 2021. Then the NAKC found a violation regarding the party's fictitious expenses for a number of FOPs in the financial report for the 2nd quarter of 2020. Because of this, the party did not receive funds from the state budget until the beginning of 2024.
