The Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense spoke about the scale of damage by Ukrainian drones to objects on the territory of the Russian Federation. About this in an interview published on the YouTube channel of the Center for Combating Disinformation, said Andriy Yusov, a representative of the State Government.
He noted that the Russians "regularly have something on fire." "Somewhere a refinery, somewhere a distillery, somewhere else" Yusov noted.
He added that strikes by Ukrainian drones affect the Russian Federation.
"There are statistics, there are open data. A third (of objects in the Russian Federation, — ed.) is damaged to one degree or another. There are big problems with restoration, because we are talking about imported equipment, given the sanctions, there are big problems with the supply of this equipment." - said Yusov.
The representative of the GUR reminded about the restrictions on the import of fuel and lubricants in the Russian Federation, which shows that the enemy is feeling the consequences of attacks and sanctions.
"Given the sanctions, there are big problems with the supply of this equipment. And these are not devices that can be imported illegally or smuggled. Therefore, yes, these are problems for the enemy," — he remarked.
Yusov emphasized that it is not about civilian objects.
"When we talk about refineries, these are the same refineries that refuel enemy equipment, tanks, planes and everything that shoots and fires missiles towards Ukraine. These are the same refineries that sell oil products and finance Russian military aggression against Ukraine." - said the representative of GUR.
