TOP-50 influential influencers of Ukraine – 2025

Who is shaping consciousness, agenda, and national resilience right now?

Popularity is only one component of influence. The true influencers of the new generation are those who combine professionalism, civic stance, cultural strength and personal responsibility. These are the heroes of the rating "TOP 50 influential influencers of Ukraine - 2025", which was compiled by experts of the rating agency "ElitExpert" and the International Expert Club. In times of great war, they become the voices of the nation: in the trenches, on screens, on TikTok, from the rostrums of parliament, in university auditoriums, in hospitals, and live on air.

This year, we brought together representatives from a wide range of backgrounds—from poets and financiers to Instagram creators and assault brigade commanders—to capture the most powerful cross-section of Ukrainian influence. They inspire, change, open new meanings, and keep the country in good shape.

This is just a rating, but a social project designed to show influencers as strong brands, give them new growth points, partners - new audiences, and Ukraine and Odessa - a new force of influence.

Mariana Bezugla — the voice of frontline control in politics

A member of the Ukrainian parliament from the Servant of the People party, Maryana Bezugla has become one of the most prominent faces of defense sector reforms in recent years. Her active participation in the work of the parliamentary committee on national security, trips to the front, and open discussions with military personnel and experts have cemented her image as a politician who is not afraid of hot topics and conflicts.

In 2025, Bezugla continues to be active not only in parliament, but also on social media, where she openly responds to military-political challenges and attempts at manipulation. Despite the ambiguous public perception, her influence on discussions about the army, mobilization, and military reforms is difficult to overestimate.
