The United States and Ukraine have agreed to jointly develop practical measures to implement an agreement that prohibits attacks on the energy infrastructure of both countries. This is stated in the official statement The White House following the results of informal talks held in Riyadh.

The White House also reported that the United States plans to take measures to facilitate Russia's return to the global agricultural market, in particular in the field of agricultural exports and fertilizers. Possible steps include reducing the cost of marine insurance, improving access to ports, and expanding opportunities for international payments.
Separately, the United States confirmed its support for Ukraine on humanitarian issues, including the release of prisoners of war, the return of civilian hostages, and Ukrainian children illegally deported to Russia.
