The Russian Federation has plans to significantly increase production to launch up to 1000 drones per day in Ukraine by 2026. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, in an interview for LB.ua.
According to him, the Ukrainian side sees the enemy's actions, and there are no signs that the Russians are preparing for peace talks or initiatives on the battlefield.
"On the contrary, we see an increase in the intensity of hostilities, an increase in the number of enemy offensive groups, an increase in the production of shock weapons, missiles, and drones. Now the enemy produces 404 "Shaheeds" of various types every day. And he has plans to increase it," — said the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
When asked what kind of increase is being discussed and what the Russian Federation's plans are, Syrsky noted that the Russians plan to launch up to a thousand drones per day. Therefore, Ukraine's task is to do everything to prevent this and force Moscow to negotiate.
"The enemy plans to significantly increase production to use up to 1000 drones per day. Therefore, of course, we must do everything to thwart these plans and inflict such losses on the enemy that he will abandon his active actions and create conditions for negotiations. Because no one will negotiate with the weak," he explained.
