The average amount of the judge's remuneration in the first half of 2024 is UAH 127,8 thousand per month. The payment of the judge's fee in 2024 is guaranteed in full. This was announced by the head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, Maksym Pampura, during the congress of judges of Ukraine on September 19.
He also noted that in the draft budget for 2025, UAH 1,3 billion was additionally set aside for the payment of judges' remuneration, answering questions about the prospects for the implementation of the norm on judges' bonuses.
Maksym Pampura also named the salaries of the employees of the court apparatus based on the results of the first half of 2024. On average, according to the system, a civil servant of the court received UAH 19, and at the end of the year, the average salary of court officials will be UAH 152.
Thus, in local general courts, the average salary of a court staff employee for January-June 2024 was UAH 17. The projected average salary of these employees for 886 will be UAH 2024.
In local administrative courts for the first half of the year, the average salary of a court staff employee was UAH 21. And in general, for 165, it will amount to UAH 2024.
In local commercial courts, the average for six months is 21, and in general for the year - 660 hryvnias.
In the appellate general courts, the average salary of a court staff employee in the first half of the year was UAH 21, and in 939 it will be UAH 2024.
In the first half of the year, the employee of the court apparatus received 21 hryvnias in appellate commercial courts, 098 hryvnias in appellate administrative courts. According to the calculations of the State Administrative Court, the average salary in these courts for staff in 21 will be UAH 469 and UAH 2024, respectively.
