The Russians attacked Odessa and the region at night and in the morning: a company was destroyed, a port, a lyceum and an animal shelter were damaged. There are casualties. This is reported by the head of the Odessa MVA Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odessa Oblast Oleg Kiper and Rescuers.
"The enemy does not stop attacking civilian infrastructure facilities in the Odessa region," — wrote Kiper.
According to him, a civilian enterprise was damaged as a result of the strikes. Six people were injured there.
Port infrastructure, a high school, an animal shelter, a private residential building, cars and trucks were also damaged. Two more people were injured. Fires broke out in several places.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine specified that a total of 8 people were injured in the Odessa region. Residential buildings and an animal shelter were damaged. A manufacturing enterprise, warehouses, a gymnasium, a dormitory, cars and trucks were also destroyed. Rescuers extinguished all fires.
During their work, rescuers were disturbed by repeated air raid sirens.
Consequences of the attacks on Odessa
Lysak reported that the enemy attacked the city's infrastructure at night and in the morning. A fire broke out, which has already been extinguished.
As a result of the attack on the infrastructure, three trucks were destroyed, eight more were damaged. Buildings were also damaged. At first, Lysak wrote that there were no injuries. Later, he added that there were two victims. The information is being clarified.
