Russian Mi-8 pilot Kuzminov was offered to stay in Ukraine — Oleksiy Danilov

He urged to wait for the official conclusions of the Spanish law enforcement agencies regarding the situation

Ukraine offered to stay in our country to the Russian pilot Maksym Kuzminov, who flew the Mi-8 to Ukraine last year as part of the Blue Tit operation, and was found dead in Spain on February 19. This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov in an interview UE.

"Our country's proposal was for him to stay in Ukraine. He would definitely be protected here. And I don't think they could brawl like that here, as it happened in Spain." said Danilov.

The official emphasized that people who are related "to certain events" should be very careful in order to save their lives.

He urged to wait for the official conclusions of the Spanish law enforcement agencies regarding the situation.
