"Unfortunately, the body of a 60-year-old woman was found under the rubble. I express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. The search for another woman is currently ongoing. We hope that rescuers will find her alive," — Kiper noted.
According to the head of the Odessa OVA, 19 people were also injured in the Russian morning attack, including a pregnant woman and a 17-year-old girl. One person was hospitalized, while the others, after receiving medical care, continue their treatment on an outpatient basis.
"The Russians destroyed residential buildings in the historic center of Odessa, a kindergarten and an inclusive center. The elimination of the consequences of the enemy attack is ongoing, all authorized services are working on the site. Law enforcement officers are documenting another crime by Russian terrorists against the civilian population of the Odessa region," he added.









Mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov reported that one of the oldest medical institutions in Odessa, the city infectious diseases hospital, suffered from Russian drone terror.
According to him, the shelling damaged more than 100 windows and doors in four hospital buildings. However, there were no casualties.






Trukhanov pointed out that the hospital also houses an architectural and historical monument of national importance, where the prominent doctor Mykola Pirogov worked.
"All city services are already working to eliminate the consequences. The new hospital buildings are operating normally," — the mayor said.
The mayor of Odessa also released photos of the aftermath of the attack on the infectious diseases hospital.
