Summonses come by mail even to reserved and disabled people — OK "Pivnich"

corruption

Oleksandr Babich, a representative of the Pivnich operational command, explained whether a person who has been booked can receive a summons. That's what he's about Told me on the air of "Ukrainian Radio Chernihiv".

"Yes. The thing is that this new system with mail, it is still being improved. And there have already been cases when summonses came to reserved persons, to those who have a deferment, to people with disabilities. That is why they are working on it. But, unfortunately, there were such cases," — he said.

He noted that summonses come to everyone: both those who have updated their data and those who have not.

"Yes, there are, of course, difficulties with the fact that, for example, many people continue to be registered in the temporarily occupied territories." said the official.

Oleksandr Babich reminded that according to the law, if a person changes his place of residence and moves from oblast to oblast, he must deregister in one TCC and be registered in another.

"This way, the TCC will know where a person is, and there will be no searches. "Reserve+" was created for the same purpose. That is, updating the data earlier, what did it mean? It did not mean that you came, and tomorrow you are already there, as they say, in the trench. No. You just came, provided relevant data: phone number, place of residence and e-mail address. This, in principle, was the end of the data update." he declared.
