A summons by mail is just more for searching for citizens and for efficiency, for attracting personnel. This was reported by the spokesman of the Poltava regional TCC and SP Roman Istomin.
"The procedure for sending summonses by mail is provided for by Resolution No. 560 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", — told by Roman Istomin, To citizens who have updated their data, it is sent to the address they specified when updating their data. To citizens who have not updated their data, it is sent to the registration address. Information about the address at which a person is registered is available in the Auberig database. It is pulled up there from different registers."
The spokesman of the TCC emphasized that a citizen, if he has not signed, i.e., if he has not received it physically, is considered already familiar.
According to the spokesman of the TCC, "a summons by mail is just more for searching citizens - for efficiency, for attracting a smaller number of personnel", as well as "to summon citizens who are not working, who cannot be summoned, let's say, by other means."
"The summons by mail is provided to all citizens who are conscripted into the military service. Regardless of whether they updated the data or not. It can be a summons for passing the city medical commission, it can be a summons for sending to the training center, if all the data are specified in it and there is information that the person is fit for health and there is no postponement." Istomin said.
