The decisions of military medical commissions based on the results of medical examinations of conscripts will be in electronic format and will automatically be sent to the "Oberig" Register. About this informed Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov.
"We are continuing the reform of military medical commissions to make the processes convenient and understandable for every Ukrainian. We have launched an electronic office of the Military Medical Commission in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Paper conclusions are a thing of the past. Now they will be issued online: quickly, simply, without bureaucracy." He said.
How it works:
- Referrals to the VLK from the Oberig registry are automatically sent to the VLK account.
- The conclusions of the commissions after the examinations of those liable for military service are automatically received in Oberig and are quickly reflected in the Reserve+ application.
- Resolutions regarding military personnel are stored in the MIS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Previously, everything was written by hand. Today, we are switching to a digital format. From March 1, 2025, military medical commissions that have undergone training can issue electronic resolutions, and from April 1, this will become mandatory for all military medical commissions." – said Umerov.
Corresponding changes have been made to the Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402.
"Thanks to digitalization, the VLK conclusion will automatically be entered into Oberig and will be displayed faster in the Reserve+ application. So that data, not people, can run. People will no longer need to carry the VLK resolution to the TCC or wait for the papers to be recorded in the system. You can ask the doctor to issue an electronic resolution. For this purpose, we have introduced an electronic VLK cabinet in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (MIS ASU). From March 1, electronic resolutions can be created by VLKs who have undergone training. And from April 1, 2025, electronic registration of VLK certificates and disease certificates will become mandatory for all commissions." — added Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.
