The leader of the "European Solidarity" party, Petro Poroshenko, received money from the Hungarian government three times during October-November, amounting to more than 37 million hryvnias. This became known from the data Declaration Poroshenko, published on the NAZK website.
Thus, on October 23, Poroshenko declared UAH 517173, indicating the type of income as "interest." The source of income is the Ministry of Finance of Hungary.
On November 24, Poroshenko declared UAH 1036940 as "interest". The source of income is the Ministry of Finance of Hungary.
And on the same day, the amount of UAH 36067500 appeared in Petro Poroshenko's declaration, the type of income was "repayment of bonds", the source of income was the Ministry of Finance of Hungary.
The "European Solidarity" party claims that Petro Poroshenko invests in securities in order to accumulate funds for numerous projects to support the Armed Forces.
"In order to increase the efficiency of the use of resources, independent professional advisers are involved, who are engaged in the acquisition of state and corporate securities in Ukraine and abroad," — the message says.
The "interest" and funds for "bonds" indicated in the message were received from Hungary within the framework of this program and are aimed at strengthening the country's defense capabilities.
Recall: Chronologically, the money arrived in the accounts on the eve of Petro Poroshenko's attempt to meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
