The Verkhovna Rada and the Ministry of Defense achieved the main goal that was laid down in the law on mobilization. To date, more than 2 million Ukrainians have updated their military personal data. This was stated by a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, People's Deputy Fedir Venislavskyi, during briefing.

"Since the entry into force of the law, the pace of mobilization makes it possible to look optimistically at the mechanisms of implementation of this law and meet the expectations that we, the Ministry of Defense, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the General Staff expected from this law," — he declared.

According to him, the main goal, which was included in the law on mobilization, has been achieved.

"Conduct an audit of all conscripted citizens of Ukraine, find out where they are, who is fit and who is not, who has the right to deferment, who is booked and who can be mobilized. The Ministry of Defense monitors the situation every day with the update of military accounting data, the dynamics are quite positive." — noted Venislavskyi.

According to the latest data, 2 Ukrainian citizens have updated their military personal data.

"The vast majority through the Reserve+ application, in the second place of TsnaPy, in the third place of TCC. The dynamics are good, it ensures the implementation of those mobilization measures carried out by the TCC. I think that, in general, the law fulfilled the mission for which we passed it." — noted Venislavskyi.

He stated that he currently does not agree that queues at TCCs are increasing, because the dynamics show that the vast majority of citizens use the Reserve+ application.

"I would like to use this opportunity to appeal to everyone, not to believe in those fables that updating information through Reserve+ has some difference from updated information through TCC or TsNAP. I personally encountered a situation when a citizen told me that there is no need to update through Reserve+, because this information will not be changed in any way and it will be impossible to update it - this is all a means of disinformation. I don't see any problem updating data through Reserve+. Everyone can quickly take advantage of this opportunity," — said the People's Deputy.

He added that the dynamics observed in updating personal data is quite positive.

"One month and 8 days have passed since the entry into force of this law. I think that if the fears of the Reserve+ app are removed, the dynamics can be much better. The bandwidth of this system allows much more information to be processed simultaneously, so there is no need to talk about the need to extend the 60-day period for updating data. There are still 20 or more days for everyone who wants to do it." - said Venislavskyi.

Under the new mobilization law, all individuals must update their information within 60 days. This can be done through the "Rezerv+" mobile application, at the TCC or at the Central Authority for the Provision of Administrative Services.
