The defendant is 36 years old, he lived in the Kherson region for more than 25 years. Before going over to the enemy, he was a professional dancer, participated in a talent show on the central Ukrainian television and worked as a choreographer in children's camps. Ukraine provided him with all the opportunities for creative development, but he chose to kill his own compatriots for money. In addition, he actively spread Russian propaganda narratives about "Nazis" and "oppression of the Russian language", official sites of both clubs report law enforcement officers
The Criminal Investigation Department operatives traced the entire chronology of the Kherson resident's transition to enemy military units. Thus, in 2014, he voluntarily arrived in Slavyansk, which was occupied at that time, and became a tank mechanic-driver in the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade "Oplot", and later - an assault rifleman in the Russian brigade "Pyatnashka" and a machine gunner in the 2nd assault company of the "GRU special forces". In 2022, the defendant signed a contract to serve in the private military company "Wagner".
As part of the PMK, he actively participated in the battle for Bakhmut, for which he received the Wagner medal "Bakhmut Meat Grinder" and the Putin medal "For Courage". These and other evidence of the defendant's treason were documented by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine. The police have already declared him suspected of treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and put him on the international wanted list. Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office have already sent an indictment against the traitor to court.
The suspect will be detained in every civilized country in the world, and for the crimes he committed he faces life imprisonment. Ukrainian police are doing everything possible to ensure that war criminals do not escape justice in any civilized country in the world.
