After massive Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, the entire Donetsk region was left without electricity. Damage to the networks led to emergency power outages throughout the region. This was reported by head Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin.
"The entire Donetsk region is without electricity," Filashkin emphasized.
He explained that due to hostile strikes on infrastructure, emergency outages began in the national power grid.
According to the head of the OVA, specialists are already working on solving the problem.
"As soon as it is possible, the power supply in the region will be restored. We are working," he added.
Meanwhile, the Kramatorsk City Council noted that the Kramatorsk REM warned of an emergency power outage in the city of Kramatorsk.
"Residents are asked not to overload the contact center line regarding the outage," — they ask the city council.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine noted that today the enemy again struck energy facilities - the Donetsk region is currently completely without electricity, and consumers in Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions are partially out of power.
"Where the security situation allows, energy company specialists have already begun restoration work," — the ministry added.
