The third round of talks in Istanbul on the war involving Ukraine and Russia may take place after June 22. This was stated by the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, who UEFA "RIA News".
According to Zakharova, the specific dates for the new round of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations are being specified.
"After June 22, our delegation, which was approved by the decision of the president (Vladimir Putin, the dictator of Russia, - ed.), will be ready to arrive in Istanbul to continue the negotiations. Specific dates will be determined in the near future and will be announced by the representatives and the head of the delegation itself," she declared.
According to her, as part of the third round of negotiations, the Russian delegation plans to discuss the Ukrainian and Russian memorandums with proposals for a full-scale settlement of the war.
