The new Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has canceled the resolutions of the previous government, which provided for the creation of a Coordination Center for organizing the reservation of military conscripts. About this informed Member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Oleksandr Fedienko on Facebook.
Thus, the government of Serhiy Koretsky canceled the resolution of July 8 "Some issues of the establishment of the Coordination Center for organizing the reservation of military conscripts for the period of mobilization and wartime." It is worth noting that it was not made public.
It recently became clear that the said Coordination Center was supposed to act as a temporary advisory body to the Cabinet of Ministers.
Among its key tasks:
- coordination of government agencies and finding solutions to problem situations in booking matters;
- consideration of proposals from state bodies to recognize enterprises, institutions and organizations as critically important for the economy and the livelihoods of the population.
It is also indicated that state bodies would need to take into account the recommendations of the Coordination Center when making decisions about the critical importance of enterprises.
This idea of the government of Yulia Svyrydenko immediately became the focus of public attention and provoked active discussions about the feasibility of such an advisory body.
It later turned out that when finalizing the above-mentioned resolution, the main developer did not take into account the following remarks:
- Ministry of Energy;
- Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Ministry of Justice;
- Ministry of Community and Territorial Development;
- Security Services of Ukraine.
Taking into account all the aforementioned factors, the new Koretsky government decided to cancel the resolution on the establishment of the Coordination Center for the Organization of Reservations for Conscripts.
