Russian occupiers attacked Odessa on the night of July 19, resulting in the death of one person. About this reported the The Odessa Oblast State Emergency Service, which showed the consequences of another Russian shelling in the city. They said that the attack caused a fire on the 6th to 9th floors of a 9-story residential building. Rescuers extinguished the fire together with volunteers.
"Five people were rescued from burning apartments, unfortunately, one rescued woman died. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police worked at the scene. Pets were evacuated from the damaged apartments," — added in the message.
In total, 58 rescuers and 16 units of fire equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
