Subsidiaries and utilities account for 12,5% and 4,3% of all debts.
"These figures indicate a deep crisis in the public sector. When state-owned enterprises can't pay their workers, it's not just a problem — it's a wake-up call for the entire economy." - added in the Razumkov Center.
In general, according to the Opendatabot service with reference to the data of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, more than 34 salary debts were registered in Ukraine as of August.
