The stucco with the star of heroes, the Order of Lenin and the inscription "Odesa" in Russian on the facade of the railway station building will be dismantled.
"The banner with which the bas-reliefs of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medals were covered yesterday is a temporary solution," said station chief Oleg Kudashkin.
In order to start work, it is necessary to obtain permission from the regional department of culture.
Oleg Kudashkin emphasized that this is due to the fact that the "Odesa-Holovna" building is an architectural monument.
