Ukrainians will be able to use the new service online through the "Action" application to clarify the data of the international Register for the purpose of future reparations.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov Telegram.
It is noted that the "Actions" service launched in this way becomes an important part of transmitting and displaying the scale of damages from Russian aggression.
In order to use the new service, users of the application need to update the "Action".
"At the first stage, submit applications through the application about destroyed or damaged real estate: a private house, apartment, country house or garden house or other residential premises", Fedorov explains.
It is noted that in order to submit an application, you must be the owner of the property and have a Certificate of Survey from the local authority.
"Next, there will be an opportunity to submit applications to the register about forced displacement, damage to life and health, torture and sexual violence. Then businesses and the state will be able to file complaints," — the message says.
At the end, he explained that the Ministry of Justice, together with USAID and the TAPAS project, are working on a rather complex and lengthy process of reparations. Instead, the new service at Diya will provide Ukrainians with the opportunity to receive compensation from the aggressor country without unnecessary bureaucracy and difficulties.
