The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to work on a draft law on demobilization. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko during the Question Hour to the Government at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada on March 28.
"The Ministry of Defense, together with the General Staff, is working on preparing this draft law... the position of the General Staff, the position of the Chief of Staff, the Chief of the General Staff is very important for this draft law, because it is they who are responsible for the success of the military operations that are currently being conducted by our servicemen," she said.
According to Chernogorenko, everyone understands the social significance of this bill.
"This requires joint work, we are doing it very quickly," the deputy minister noted.
