On the night of April 24, Russian occupiers massively attacked Kyiv with missiles and drones. According to the latest data, more than 70 victims. This was reported by Telegram State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"According to preliminary data, 9 people died, 63 were injured, 42 were hospitalized, including 6 children," — the message says.
At present, the number of victims in Kyiv has exceeded 70 people.






Emergency services reported that residential buildings were destroyed, and the search for people under the rubble is currently ongoing.
The State Emergency Service said that the fire had started in garages, an administrative building, and non-residential buildings. Cars and dry grass were also burned due to the debris. However, firefighters extinguished the fire.
As of now, the elimination of the consequences of the annual shelling continues in 5 districts of the capital.
"Psychologists and dog handlers of the State Emergency Service are working," — the message says.
The Foreign Minister noted, that Kyiv suffered the most as a result of the massive combined enemy attack. Rescuers worked at 13 locations.
"Tragic consequences in the Svyatoshyn district. The rubble of the destroyed building is still being cleared there. Engineering forces, SES climbers, and search dogs have been involved. Phone calls can be heard from under the ruins - the search will continue until they are sure that everyone has been found," Klymenko said.
As of 01:33, Klitschko reported the following about the consequences of the Russian attack:
- in the Holosiivskyi district, a possible fall of UAV debris near a residential building. Garages are also burning in this area. Cars are burning in another location;
- in the Shevchenkivskyi district, debris hit a non-residential building;
- in Svyatoshynske — a house caught fire. Cars are burning in the yard of another house. Doctors hospitalized a three-year-old child;
- In the Shevchenko district, garages caught fire due to falling debris.
Later, Head of the KMVA Timur Tkachenko reported, that as of 01:40 the following is known:
- Holosiivskyi district: two fires as a result of an enemy attack;
- Shevchenkivskyi district: four fires;
- Svyatoshynskyi district: preliminary ignition at three locations.
- A little later, Klitschko clarified that there was destruction in the Svyatoshyn district.
"There is a fire in a residential building in the Svyatoshyn district. There is destruction. People are under the rubble. Rescuers and medics are working on the scene," — the message says at 01:44.
In addition, as a result of falling debris, a non-residential building caught fire and collapsed in the Podilskyi district. That is, a total of 10 fires are known.
