Russian humorist Maksym Galkin reacted to Russia's shelling of Odessa, during which a kamikaze drone hit a high-rise building and killed 12 innocent people, including small children.
The showman admitted that it hurts him a lot when the Russian Federation makes hostile strikes on the Ukrainian city. Galkin feels this pain, because Odesa is his hometown. In particular, the humorist spent his childhood there, went to school and studied the Ukrainian language.
"Odesa is my childhood. In Odesa, I studied the Ukrainian language from the first grade at school. And the knowledge about the language that I still have is also from my childhood in Odesa. But I can probably be blamed for not publicly mourning all the dead children in the world. But every blow to Odessa hits the heart. Odesa, I am with you with all my heart," — showman wrote in Ukrainian.
Galkin also expressed his condolences to all the victims and the families of the dead. The humorist noted that he is pained by impotence, however, sooner or later every guilty person will answer for his crimes.
"My deepest condolences to the families of the victims. Very bitter from impotence. But no one has canceled God's judgment yet," — added the showman.
