Almost 70% of Poles support deportation of unemployed Ukrainian men

Almost 70% of Poles support the deportation of unemployed Ukrainian men from the country. This is evidenced by test results IBRiS for the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita.

According to the survey results, 67,2% of Poles support the idea of deporting Ukrainian men who do not have legal work in Poland. 23,4% of respondents are against it.

It is noted that support for this decision increases with age. Among the youngest (18-29 years old), 43% of respondents positively assess it, while among the fifty-year-old group, as many as 80%. Religious people are more likely to support the PiS proposal than non-religious people.

The research was conducted immediately after the Law and Justice party's proposal was made public, on August 7-8, among a group of over a thousand people.
