The ombudsman emphasized that the conscript which will update the military registration data through the application:
— will not become an "evader";
— will get rid of the need to go through the VLK to a separate decision of the TCC;
— can obtain an extract from the "Oberig" register and information available in state authorities;
— will not waste time in queues at the TCC;
— will avoid fines up to UAH 51;
— will be able to move freely through roadblocks;
— will undergo a quick data check in case of a stop on the street - instead of a forced trip to the TCC.
