Children's hospital "Okhmatdyt" has announced tenders for engineering consulting services and technical supervision of the repair of the facade and internal equipment of the building for 14 million hryvnias. About this reported the publication "Our Money".
The contract for engineering consulting services is planned to be concluded with "Vasenov Engineering" for UAH 9,35 million, and technical supervision will be carried out by "Ik-Proekt" for UAH 5,22 million, according to the "Prozorro" system.
The capital "Vasenov Engineering" was registered in April 2023 and belongs to Oleg Vasenov. Earlier this year, the company received tenders for UAH 4,40 million, the most from the current customer. Now "Okhmatdyt" plans to order Vasenyova "consultations on the involvement of subcontractors" as part of engineering consulting services.
Oleg Vasenyov is an expert from whom "Okhmatdyt" immediately ordered a technical examination of the affected building. He drew up a defective act with the volumes of necessary works, which indicated inflated volumes for the competition of the "Okhmatdytu" charity fund, the publication writes. The competition demanded the replacement of the entire facade, while the rocket fragments destroyed not all the decorative plates on the outside.
What else is ordered from Vasenyov for UAH 9 million:
- Compilation of work performance schedules, supply of materials, products, structures and equipment, calculation and compilation of the movement schedule of workers and main construction machines at the facility;
- ensuring the selection of personnel taking into account the compliance of their qualifications with the composition and scope of work, organization of training and testing of personnel knowledge;
- provision of consultations on the involvement of subcontractors, the executor of technical supervision, the selection of suppliers, participation in the preparation and conduct of purchases, development of documentation related to purchases, preparation of contracts, provision of proposals for determining the party responsible for insurance (if available)
- organization of drawing up a defective report and estimate documentation, ensuring examination of estimate documentation;
- verification of documents submitted for payment by contractors, suppliers, and other organizations regarding the performance of work, product delivery, and service provision;
- organization of control over write-off of building materials.
Technical supervision in the implementation of "Ik-Project" will include, in particular, inspections of the compliance of the volumes and quality of the completed construction works with the project and estimate documentation; keeping records of the volumes of accepted and paid construction works, as well as works performed with defects; visa verification and submission to the customer of acts of acceptance of completed construction works at the facility, which are signed, certified and provided by the contractor.
In both tenders, orders were taken without competition.
Kyiv "Ik-Proekt" is managed by Olga Kryzhnya and Lyudmila Parkhomenko, and it is owned by Yulia Krat from Kharkiv. Since 2016, "Ik-Proekt" has tendered UAH 43,36 million, the most in the infrastructure department of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
