During the night, Russian forces carried out a massive combined attack with ballistic missiles and strike drones on several regions of Ukraine. Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Kharkiv regions were hit.
Kyiv
The capital was attacked with ballistics and drones. As of 8:00 a.m., at least three locations in the city were reported to have been damaged.
In the Dnipro district, the facade of a nine-story residential building and cars parked in the yard were damaged. At another address, fragments of an air target fell into the yard of a house.
In the Darnytskyi district, the facade of a 16-story building was partially damaged and windows were broken.
Two people are reported injured.
After the attack, almost 2600 residential buildings were left without heat. According to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, this includes high-rise buildings on both banks of the city.
In addition, 107 thousand families in the Desnyansky district were temporarily left without electricity. Power engineers quickly restored critical infrastructure facilities. Emergency power outages are in effect in the district, and temporary schedules are in place for other consumers.




Attack on the TPP
According to DTEK, Russian troops have again attacked one of the company's thermal power plants. The shelling seriously damaged the equipment.
This is the eleventh massive attack on DTEK's thermal power plant since October 2025. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the company's thermal power plant has suffered more than 220 attacks.
Odesa and the region
The Odessa region was attacked by drones at night. Civilian and energy infrastructure was damaged in the Odessa district.
The facade and roof of an apartment building were destroyed, fires broke out in the market and supermarket, and 15 private cars burned down. According to preliminary data, one person was injured.



Significant destruction of energy facilities was also recorded. DTEK reported that repairs will take a long time. Currently, specialists are eliminating the consequences of the attack and, first of all, restoring power supply to critical infrastructure. This is the 31st major substation of the company in the Odessa region that has been damaged by the enemy.
"The damage is significant. Repairs will take a long time to restore equipment to working order. The priority is to restore electricity to critical infrastructure," — the company said.
Dnipro and the region
In Dnipro and the region, four people were injured as a result of a missile and drone attack, including an infant and a four-year-old child. The boy, who is not yet a month old, is hospitalized, his condition is moderate.
The shelling caused several fires, damaged infrastructure, private homes, and cars.
Drones also attacked the Synelnyky district - Rozdorska and Vasylkivska communities. Infrastructure and a kindergarten were damaged. In the Nikopol region, the district center, Chervonogryhorivska and Pokrovska communities were under fire - the enemy used artillery and FPV drones.




Kharkov region
On the night of February 12, Russian forces launched a combined strike on Lozova in the Kharkiv region, using ballistic missiles and drones.
Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged, a fire broke out in the enterprise's warehouse building, and farm garages and residential buildings were destroyed.
A man and a woman were killed in the attack. Six other people were injured and are in a state of acute shock.
