NATO

North Korea plans to send additional troops to Russia, which will later be transferred to the war in Ukraine. About this writes Bloomberg citing South Korean intelligence sources.

It is noted that the first group of 1500 elite troops is already undergoing training in the Russian Far East as part of a plan to deploy about 10 troops from North Korea.

In addition, Pyongyang is known to have supplied Russia with approximately 8 million 122mm and 152mm artillery shells.

"About 100 Hwasong-11 missiles and Bulsae-4 anti-tank weapons were found on the battlefield in Ukraine, which significantly exceeds previous European estimates." - specified in the message.

According to sources, after the exercises in Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and other cities of the Far East, the North Korean military will be sent to the front line in Ukraine.

«The Kremlin will provide them with weapons, combat uniforms and fake IDs to pass themselves off as residents of the eastern regions of Russia." - added in the message.

The involvement of North Korean troops in hostilities could mean a major escalation, which would likely trigger a response from South Korea.

"According to South Korean intelligence, only 30% of recently used Russian munitions are of Russian origin, while 60% are supplied by North Korea and another 10% by Iran." - specified in the message.
