According to journalists, China's proposal involves holding a US-Russia summit without Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The White House has already rejected this initiative, calling it "unviable."
"The Chinese proposal does not include any commitment by Beijing to reduce economic support for Moscow. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, China has become an important economic partner for Russia under Western sanctions.
