On February 28, the Cabinet of Ministers made relevant changes to the Procedure for reserving military personnel for the period of mobilization and to the Criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations as critically important, that is, to the resolution № 76It is reportedly about:
- inclusion in the total number of conscripts subject to reservation of employees called up for military service during mobilization after 18.05.2024/XNUMX/XNUMX.
- failure to apply to government agencies the requirement for a 72-hour background check on an employee when booking;
- reducing the period for canceling the deferral of employees of enterprises, institutions, and organizations to 5 days;
- introduction of a monthly period for the criterion regarding the amount of accrued average wages of employees when determining an enterprise, institution, or organization as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period.
In addition, the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Digital Affairs were tasked with ensuring electronic information interaction between the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance and the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services within a month regarding compliance with the conditions regarding the amount of accrued wages of military personnel for a specified period.
