"I had a good meeting with President Trump. The range of topics is the widest. We discussed all issues related primarily to Patriot, how to defend our skies, and other steps related to the negotiation process, as well as the sanctions direction, our bilateral relations after the signing of the bilateral agreement," — the president noted.
According to Zelensky, they agreed with Trump on bilateral contacts at the level of the Ministers of Defense and Finance, the US Secretary of State and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, etc.
"We discussed many issues, it is important that the parties work. It seems to me that the spirit of the conversation itself was productive. This is a good signal," the head of state added.
According to him, there is an agreement that the dialogue between the teams of the Ukrainian and American presidents will continue.
"We agreed that the defense ministers would communicate, as well as the US Secretary of State and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, and at various levels the head of my office, as well as his colleagues from the American side," Zelensky noted.
