Fedorov announced changes to the bonus system for military personnel "e-points"

all

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov informed about changes in the bonus system for military personnel "e-points".

"Units will be able to exchange e-points for drones, electronic warfare and NRC equipment in the Brave1 Market and receive UAVs faster," — he declared.

The bonus drone distribution system will work more efficiently thanks to digitalization: the military will be able to receive a wider range of effective technologies for confirmed combat defeats, and the entire process — from ordering to delivery — will take only a few weeks.

What is changing:

  • With the points received for confirmed enemy defeats, the unit can order technologies on the Brave1 Market through authorization in the DELTA system.
  • E-points will allow for codified UAVs, electronic warfare, and NRCs, as well as uncodified FPV drones. This will allow units to choose from a wide range of technologies exactly those they need to operate effectively.
  • The order is transferred to DOT-Chain Defense from the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense
  • All documents will be created online — from contracts to deeds. No paperwork, no waiting, and no filling out documents.

He also emphasized that he will now verify defeats and award Brave1 points.

"This will allow not only to record and collect statistics on damage, but also to prepare analytics on the effectiveness of the use of technology on the front. The Ministry of Digital Affairs will continue to shape the program's policy, and the Defense Procurement Agency will be responsible for fast and effective procurement and supply. Units will be able to place orders for the new model starting in August 2025 — both for combat points earned during June and for those that were not used earlier. The Army of Drones.Bonus system has become a game changer for the front. The military received additional motivation, the state — high-quality data from the battlefield for making management decisions," Fedorov said.

He also added that over 10 months of work, more than 400 units have joined the program. This is about 95% of all drone units operating along the entire front line. During this time, the number of affected equipment has doubled. In a month, this is thousands of destroyed tanks, UAVs, electronic warfare, warehouses, air defense, guns and howitzers.
