Ukraine has announced a radically new approach to driving license exams. Candidates will take them in a new way. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov during a telethon.
According to him, work is currently underway on the digitalization of centers that provide services to drivers.
"We want to launch, we agreed with the minister (Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko, — ed.), a rather revolutionary thing, first there will be a pilot, a beta test," — he said.
According to Fedorov, there will be an opportunity to take online driving exams, tests, and the theoretical part.
"They use AI that tracks behavior models, which is very interesting. Also, all the opportunities to get licenses sent by mail, we want to eliminate people's communication with the centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Central Security Service," — added the minister.
He noted that we have already managed to launch some of the services, but we are working on others.
