The Cabinet of Ministers has approved amendments to the Procedure for Reservation of Military Conscripts. The innovations are aimed at preserving the human resources potential of enterprises operating in front-line regions and zones of active combat operations.
From now on, critical enterprises that actually operate in areas of possible or active hostilities (without a specific end date) will be able to reserve up to 100% of their military-liable employees. The list of such areas is determined by the Ministry of Community Development.
Changes to the reservation limit will be made through the "Diya" portal by the state body that recognized the enterprise as critically important, based on applications from regional military administrations at the place of actual operation of the enterprise.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Vitaliy Kindrativ, the decision will allow supporting businesses operating in the most difficult conditions and at the same time ensuring defense needs.
The booking procedure remains unchanged: the company must be on the list of critical ones, applications are submitted only through "Diya", and the booking lists are formed and sent by the employer himself.
