Ukraine and the Russian Federation will probably achieve a ceasefire in 2025. How long and effective it will be is another question. This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyryl Budanov in an interview journalist Eynulla Fatullayev.
"You know. This is a paradoxical situation. Despite the fact that the starting positions of the parties are diametrically opposed, that's as far as it's possible, at the same time I think that this year we will come to a ceasefire. How long it will last, how effective it will be - that's another question. But the fact that it will happen, I think it will happen.
