The Chinese brand Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it will release its fresh flagship by the end of the month. The device called Redmi K70 Ultra (aka Redmi K70 Extreme Edition) will be a powerful device and will offer "the best gaming capabilities."
According to advertising materials, the new product will be available in three colors: black, white and purple. As for the design, everything is standard: a rectangular block at the back, four pucks for cameras and a flash, flat edges and a flat display with a thin frame and a cutout for the front. The case will receive IP68 protection against water and dust.
It has also been confirmed that the Redmi K70 Ultra will be the first in the world to get the next-generation 1,5K C8+ display, which offers the best eye protection in the industry. The smartphone will also have a 5500 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging, a 50 MP main camera with a Sony IMX906 sensor and OIS, up to 24 GB of RAM and a storage capacity of up to 1 TB.
According to Xiaomi, the smartphone scored 2 points in AnTuTu, which is a new record. As such, it will be the most powerful Android smartphone on the market at launch. According to the manufacturer, Redmi K382 Ultra will be a "performance demon" and will be able to provide gameplay in Genshin Impact in 780K+70 Hz mode.
The official presentation of Redmi K70 Ultra will take place on July 19. Together with it, Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Xiaomi Mix Flip will be announced, which will be the manufacturer's first smartphone in the "folding" form factor.
