At the same time, the insider has published several comparative renders in which the Galaxy S25 Ultra is compared with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is also not yet released, and the current Galaxy S24 Ultra.
It is expected that in the new generation of Galaxy Ultra, the main changes will fall on the camera. Yes, the ultra-wide will be upgraded from 12 to 50 MP, and the 3X telephoto lens will be upgraded from 10 to 50 MP. However, in terms of autonomy and charging speed, you should not expect improvements.
It is also known that the Galaxy S25 Ultra, like the entire Galaxy S25 series, will run exclusively on Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, skipping the Exynos chips. A similar approach was used in the Galaxy S23, which came out only with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Samsung is expected to introduce a new flagship series in January-February 2025, and by then the Korean company will release the Galaxy S24 FE. It will get the design and stuffing from the top Galaxy models this year, but it will cost significantly less.
