Vada is working on a digital recruiting project for the Ukrainian army, which will consist of finding drone operators. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on the air of the telethon.
"We are at the final stage of this project. The pilot will be in the direction of the drones. We have already launched several beta tests with brigades as we look for targeted operator pilots for an attack drone company. Now we are testing the process, to what extent there is feedback from those wishing to join the ranks of the Armed Forces." said the minister.
According to him, the goal of the project is to explain to those who wish to become who they can become, how long the training will last, what the salary will be, and what the combat tasks will be.
"It is difficult to launch this project, because the system needs to be rebuilt. A system where there are no TCCs, where essentially the opportunities, advantages and experience that will be talked about" — Fedorov added.
