As of August 25, 26 medical and scientific institutions have already signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on conducting organ transplant operations.
This was reported in the press service of the department on Saturday, August 29.
So, the contract on carrying out transplantation operations was signed by:
- state institution "National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named after A. Shalymov" of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Kyiv
- communal institution "Zaporizhskaya regional clinical hospital" of the Zaporizhia regional council, Zaporozhye
- communal institution "Dnipro regional clinical hospital named after I.I. Mechnikova", Dnipro
- communal non-commercial enterprise of the Lviv regional council "Lviv regional clinical hospital", city of Lviv
- communal non-commercial enterprise "Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital" of the Odesa Regional Council, Odessa
- communal non-commercial enterprise of the Kharkiv Regional Council "Kharkov Regional Clinical Center of Urology and Nephrology named after V. I. Shapovalova", Kharkov
- communal non-commercial enterprise Kovel regional territorial medical association of Kovel city council, Volyn region, Kovel

The Ministry of Health noted that health care institutions and scientific institutions that are ready to be providers of services for the provision of tertiary medical care by the method of transplantation of organs and other anatomical materials, and meet the requirements, can send a corresponding letter to the department.
"The list of participants of the pilot project is determined by Resolution No. 707, which is regularly reviewed and expanded," the representatives of the ministry added.
