An experimental project of the Unified Platform of Housing and Communal Services will be launched in Ukraine. Users will receive an electronic account where they can find out the tariffs and conclude a contract. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the government meeting.
"We are taking an important step towards streamlining housing and communal services. We are launching an experimental project of the Unified Housing Housing Platform," — he said.
According to him, this system will automate processes, provide accessible and convenient services, improve customer accounting, and better control the quality of services.
"Users will have an electronic cabinet and will be able to receive all information about managers, service providers, prices and tariffs, the results of consideration of their applications, and will also be able to conclude or terminate a contract online." the prime minister said.
Shmygal said that the platform will be integrated with other information systems, which will ensure data exchange.
"We expect that as many communities as possible will join the implementation of this project," — he added.
