The most influential people of the country: the results of the National rating "Elite of Ukraine"-2021 have been published

The criteria for the influence of candidates are finances, connections, activity and breadth of spheres of influence.

On December 1, a grandiose large-scale study was completed in Ukraine - the Second National Rating of Influence "Elite of Ukraine", conducted by the International Expert Club and rating agency ElitExpert.

24 ratings of influential persons from each region of the country were published on the National rating platform, and the national hundred key figures of the state are a unique study; something that was never written in Forbes.

For several months, experts in the fields of political science, sociology, economics, jurisprudence and the media thoroughly studied the regional and national elite of Ukraine. The result of this was a truly honest rating, or rather, 25 ratings of the most influential Ukrainians from all parts of the country at once.

The criteria for the influence of the candidates, which were guided by the experts this year, are finances, connections, activity and the breadth of spheres of influence.

In the regional ratings, figures of culture, sports, the media market, scientists, and spiritual leaders are also represented. These are the people who can influence the Ukrainian society without positions and connections.

This year, in the unique ranking, there were fewer people in creative professions, but more security forces, businessmen, top officials and representatives of the judiciary: those who really control the main resources of power and property, making key decisions in the country.

Capital rating this time, the leader of the people's favorite, whose statements have long been parsed into aphorisms, is the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko. AND in the rating of the sea capital of Ukraine the construction king of Odessa Adnan Kivan took the first place.

Kharkiv region led by ex-Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Avakov Arsen, a Khmelnitsky - the current one.

It is noteworthy that in Chernihiv, Kherson, Ternopol и Kirovograd oblasts, mayors of regional centers took first place in the ranking. And the most influential governors turned out to be in Cherkasy region, where, by the way, the head of the OGA is the former TV presenter and parodist Alexander Skichko v Sumy region.

Rating of Dnipropetrovsk region does not leave the well-known Ukrainian oligarch, billionaire businessman Igor Kolomoisky, a Volyn - his close friend and associate Igor Palitsa.

Interesting that in Chernivtsi region the first position was taken by one of the most hidden rich billionaires of Ukraine.

The current People's Deputies of Ukraine have established themselves quite well in the regions. They took leading positions in Rovno, Nikolaev, Transcarpathian, Zhytomyr и Lugansk regions And former People's Deputies of four convocations topped the ratings Zaporozhye и Poltava edges.

In the Vinnytsia region, according to experts, former Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman is recognized as the most influential.

Well, and of course, the championship in the Donetsk region Rynat Akhmetov received the country's richest man.
