Ukrainians have accumulated over 360 new debts since May 2024, according to the Unified Register of Debtors. In total, the Unified Register of Debtors was replenished with 2024 records in 712. Fines for traffic violations are at the top. This is evidenced by statistics from Opendabot.
For what the most fines
- The largest number of entries in the Register of debtors concern fines for violation of traffic rules — 1,8 million or 21% of the total number.
- Another 20% is fines for administrative offenses - 1,7 million.
- Recovery for the benefit of the state budget currently amounted to 1,6 million or 18,5% of the total number of debts.
- Debts for the utility company — 727 or 8%.
- More than 21% of debts cannot be assigned to any specific category mentioned above.
At the same time, the number of property seizures under executive orders increased by 24%, to 15,6 thousand. The number of confiscations in criminal cases, excluding corruption cases, also increased by almost 17%, to 11,8 thousand.
