State Statistics Service has made it public a new report on the average salary level of officially employed workers in Ukraine. According to the report, the average salary in the second quarter of 2024 in Ukraine increased to UAH 20.
It should be noted that according to the results of the first quarter of 2024, the average official salary in Ukraine was UAH 18. So, during the second quarter, it increased by more than UAH 903 or by 2000%. Compared to the second quarter of 10,1, the average salary increased by 2023%.
The highest salaries are received in:
- in the field of information and telecommunications - UAH 50,
- air transport - UAH 43,
- financial and insurance sphere - UAH 39,
- in the field of professional, scientific and technical activity - UAH 28,
- water transport - UAH 25.
The lowest salary in:
- functioning of libraries, archives, museums and other cultural institutions - UAH 12,
- in the field of creativity, art and entertainment - UAH 12,
- education - UAH 15,
- art, sports, entertainment and recreation - UAH 15,
- temporary accommodation and catering – UAH 15.
