In the "Action" application, it has been simplified for owners of war-damaged property to submit documents for the "eRecovery" program. About this reported the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
What has changed?
In particular, now when filling out an application for "eReinstatement", an extract about a criminal record can be ordered in "Actions".
"Previously, the members of the local commission themselves checked whether a person had a criminal record, and the answer had to be waited for days. Now the entire process is digitized, which significantly speeds up the registration time." - the department explained.
Legal representatives of owners of damaged housing can apply for "eRecovery" and receive payment for repairs. This applies to cases where the sole owner of the damaged property is a minor or incapacitated person for whom a guardian has been appointed.
In order to submit an application, you need to contact TsNAP and provide documents confirming that a person is a legal representative. The money will go to the representative's "eRecovery" card.
The eRecovery program became operational in May 2023. During this time, 65 families received funds for the repair of damaged housing in the total amount of UAH 7 billion. Also, 9 families received housing certificates, and 3 have already implemented them and received new housing instead of the one destroyed due to Russian aggression.
