"It is not necessary to record or transmit readings separately for the "half of August". As usual, transmit the total volume of water consumed for the entire month of August - from September 1 to 4," — the water utility explained.
The company noted that you can submit your testimony via your Personal Account, Viber and Telegram chatbots, or the call center's answering machine. This procedure for submitting testimony is also listed on the company's official website.
The system will automatically calculate the amount of water consumed for August. The total amount of water consumed will be distributed over 31 days, after which the first 14 days of the month will be calculated at the previous tariff, and the period after the tariff change will be calculated at the new one.
"The same simple and fair calculations will be made for those consumers who are billed according to the norm (without meters)," — added Infoxvodokanal.
